MilkshakesAndMoustaches is a blog about dubstep, drum and bass, alternative and indie music with a little bit of hip hop thrown in for good measure. You’ll probably notice that it will focus on one of those genres for a while then focus on another, my personal taste is partly to blame, the rest of the blame comes from varying amounts of music being released.
The name of the site has no meaning, I wish it had some deep meaning but the truth is that I was trying to think up a name for the best part of a week. It finally came to me after I had been trying to sleep for a few hours. Maybe I tapped into some kind of dream like thought or maybe it was a stroke of genius, you be the judge. I wish I could remember the other names because I’m sure they were hilariously lame but they escaped my mind long ago.
Credit goes to my girlfriend for designing the logo/mascot, I’m sure I’ll find more uses for it other than throwing it on images and t-shirts.
This whole “about” came across as a kind of interview with myself about the website, I guess that’s what it should be really.
